How it all began...
What began as an idea became our passion: offering guests a place where they can feel completely at ease and enjoy their stay.
Today, five individually designed apartments are available to you – ideal for a relaxing vacation or a comfortable stay. Your four-legged companions are also very welcome.
Our goal is to offer you comfort, flexibility, and a welcoming atmosphere so you can feel at home from the moment you arrive.

Sometimes things don’t go according to plan. Whether you’re dealing with water damage, renovations, or construction delays, if your home is temporarily uninhabitable, our five apartments offer a comfortable temporary solution.
We want to provide you with a cozy home away from home during this challenging time—a place where you can unwind and make everyday life as comfortable as possible.
Your dog is also very welcome, so the whole family can stay together.

Information and further house rules: * Discounts: Discounts and flexible check-in/out times must be requested in writing. Discounts are only valid if current written confirmation has been received and/or a written offer has been provided. Discounts are not automatically valid. * Utilities: Due to the current sudden and unpredictable rise in energy costs, utility bills may, in some cases, especially for longer stays of weeks or months, be billed retroactively. Billing is based on actual consumption and meter readings. * Energy: Please use energy sparingly and treat the furnishings and resources with care. * Parking fees: One parking space is available free of charge upon written request, subject to availability and approval. Any additional parking spaces are subject to a fee of €10 per vehicle per day. * Damages: Any damage must be reported and inspected immediately. * The tenant and/or their insurance, if applicable, are liable for damages, repairs, and/or maintenance. * * Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments. Violators will be fined €350. * Guests are liable for any damage caused by smoking. * Parents are responsible for their children at all times. * Quiet hours: Must be strictly observed! 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM * Parties are absolutely forbidden. * Overnight visitors are not allowed!
