Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and payment: a. Reservations are confirmed with a variable deposit of the total amount. b. The remaining balance is due no later than 4–5 days before check-in. c. Payments can be made through the booking platform, PayPal, and/or by bank transfer.

2. Cancellations and refunds: a. Please notify us of cancellations in writing at least 1 week in advance. b. If you cancel up to 2 weeks before check-in, your deposit will be refunded. c. No refunds will be issued for later cancellations.
