Using the internet, smart TV functions, and downloading content is at your own risk, as security vulnerabilities, data breaches, and the distribution of malware may occur. Please always use antivirus and anti-malware software for your safety. It is important to take appropriate security precautions. Using secure passwords, regularly updating your software, and avoiding questionable/illegal websites or downloads to ensure your personal safety and privacy is your responsibility. The direct user with their own IP address is liable for any resulting damages. Parents are responsible for their children at all times, both inside and outside the apartment. Parking is unsupervised and at your own risk. The host does not monitor parking and accepts no liability. Further house rules: * Discounts: Discounts and flexible check-in/out times must be requested in writing. Discounts are only valid with current written confirmation and/or a written offer. Discounts are not automatically valid. * Utility costs: Due to the current surge in energy costs, which are unpredictable, utility bills may, in some cases, especially for longer stays (weeks/months), be issued retroactively. Billing is based on actual consumption and meter readings. * Energy: Please be mindful of energy consumption and the careful use of the furnishings and resources. * Parking Fees: Upon written request, availability, and approval, one parking space is available free of charge. Any additional parking spaces are subject to a fee of €10 per vehicle per day. * Damages: Any damage must be reported and inspected immediately.
